Along with my blog, I have been putting together a newsletter about me and the real estate market. Features of the latest newsletter:
1. I have posted some great units for sale for the more "price conscious" buyer. Prices for units in Northern Virginia are quite steep, but I have picked out of some great steals in prime locations that are great for buyers and investors.
2. One aspect of real estate that really interests me is the "going green" phenomena that is happening with building developers. I have a great article talking about the different aspects and benefits "green" features contribute to the building and the environment.
3. Especially in this market, buyers have the upper hand in negotiations. One article gives you hints to maximize your bargaining power.
